AlMansoori Specialized Engineering, which was originally a 51% partner in the company, has acquired the remaining 49% from its partner American Safety Services Inc.
American Safety AlMansoori, which was established in 1999, provides customers in the oil and gas sector and production operations internationally, services including hydrogen sulphide safety supervision, an internationally recognized services including: H2S Services, Consultancy Services, Safety Personnel, Equipment Rental, Detection Instrument and Safety Management and Training.
All staff will be retained with no change to the company structure. However it is the intention to change the company name to AlMansoori Safety Services.
Adel Ahmed Baobaid, general manager (marketing & joint ventures), AlMansoori Specialized Engineering, said: "The 100% ownership of American Safety AlMansoori represents an exciting opportunity for us and for our new and existing clients.
"Our intention now is to grow the business by investing even more in financial and human resources so that we have the ability and availability of equipments and professional personnel to expand our services internationally and to mobilise to our customers in a more timely and effective manner."
