Alliance Housing Bank holds the 2nd Family Fun Day

Chairman, CEO, Management team and staff of Alliance Housing Bank, the leaders in housing finance, and their families recently attended a team building and family fun day held at the Shangri-La's Barr Al Jissah, Muscat.
Alliance Housing Bank staff members enthusiastically embarked on a challenging team building activity. Each team used strategic tactics involving planning, communication, lateral thinking, creativity, excellent time management and highly effective teamwork, in order to complete their challenge based on their corporate values. The end results were highly impressive and after much deliberation each member of the winning team was awarded with a prize.
The Chairman, H.E. Sayyid Khalid Hamad Hamood Al Busaidi said: "I strongly believe that a team like ours will lead us to become one of the best banks in Oman in the near future. I fully trust all of the bank's staff and assure you that we have all the support required to achieve our set goals."
Mr. Abdul Aziz Al Balushi, the newly appointed CEO of Alliance Housing Bank said: "Within our industry sector, we have a remarkable rate of staff efficiency and productivity. We have an excellent young and dynamic workforce who really has worked tremendously hard over the few past years; each and every staff member is to thank for making us the leaders in housing finance."
Chairman and senior management of Alliance Housing Bank presented certificates and gifts to the members of staff that have shown company loyalty with 5 and 2 years of long service.
The afternoon activities comprised of fun competitions involving children and adults with a selection of prizes to be won. Staff members left with a revived determination to continue their hard work for Alliance Housing Bank and therefore continue being the leaders in housing finance.
