The Group will be at the exhibition to present Tawasul, its dedicated Emiratisation program that was launched in 2003 and empowers Emarati job-seekers by providing specifically tailored employment opportunities that cater to their needs.

Al Tayer Group has been an active supporter of Emiratisation efforts. Through Tawasul, the Group has made multiple efforts to reach out to UAE Nationals through a series of ongoing initiatives. In addition to direct outreach programs, the Group is working with universities in a variety of co-curricular and recruitment programs such as the 'Excellence in Design' competition with Zayed University. The Group is also collaborating with training institutions to create opportunities based on the learn-and-practice model.
