Over the last two seasons Pohjola has been director of instruction for the Finnish Golf School, operating at two golf clubs that have over 1400 club members in Finland. In addition to teaching regular golfers, developing junior golf has been a major interest of his in recent years. As a full qualified member of the PGA of Finland, Julius has also been very active by developing tournament and internet video productions for the Finnish Golf Tour.
"After teaching extensively in both Europe and the United States, I have been delighted to accept this position at the Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa, where some of the world's most prominent golfers have played," said Pohjola.
Studied in the U.S and graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Julius is a keen sportsman with interests ranging from water sports, skiing and tennis.
His extensive expertise is a valuable asset for aspiring new, intermediate and advanced golfers at the Resort Course.
