The conference, which concluded at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Dubai, showcased Victory Heights' architecturally designed 4-6 bedroom villas and townhouses available in a choice of styles; Mediterranean, Spanish Andalusian and classic European. Lavish villas built on the Ernie Els golf-course and family entertainment are key attractions to this beautiful development.

"This is a wonderful opportunity for Victory Heights to demonstrate its current status and the progress of the development. It is another indication of the magnitude of this project considering that this is a conference for 'major developments'. This is a truly major development and we are adding the essential residential element to Dubai Sports City. This is also a chance to formalize our contractual relationship with Frayland, who we believe are the right contractor to ensure the ultimate in quality," said Yasser Abdulla, the General Manager of Victory Heights.

Victory Heights' participation in the two-day conference gave the company the opportunity to disseminate information on the status of the project and a chance to be updated on a number of other developments across Dubai. The conference, which ran from the 11th - 12th March, helped to scope the plans, dimensions and timescales of the current and next wave of developments. Participants at the conference have presented up-to-the-minute information on specific project expansion, whilst providing an ideal platform for networking opportunities, interactive debate and showcasing new prospects.

The magnitude of the project was clear to everyone at the conference and gave Victory Heights the perfect platform to present its credentials as a truly major development. The development comprises more than 900 luxurious villas and townhouses, set in and around an Ernie Els championship golf course. Covering some 25 million sq ft, this highly sought-after private golf community provides safe and secure family living with plenty of lush greenery and open spaces. Victory Heights will encompass the first-class academies like the David Lloyd Tennis Academy and Butch Harmon School of Golf as well as having state-of-the-art sporting arenas of Dubai Sports City on their doorstep.
