The bank portrays its corporate philosophy to aspiring CBI plans through its new identity and vision to ensure a secure and promising career graph.

CBI is committed to further harness the untapped reservoir of UAE nationals from streams such as Branch Management, Retail Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking.

The strategy is to encourage and optimise the deployment of national human resources in its operations. Thus providing an environment that nurtures growth of nationals in the UAE.

In keeping with this objective, CBI launched a well- structured programme for its recruitment, training, development and placement of UAE nationals in running highly potential businesses.

Benchmarks are created to continuously evaluate and monitor the progress of employees so that their efficiency levels meet and often exceed the bank's expectations.

The rewards are manifested in the best possible, and most competitive, compensation packages implemented in order to motivate and enhance employee productivity.

Fostering the future with sponsorship is inextricably linked to CBI, when it comes to chartering the course of deserving UAE nationals in their quest to further their horizons at HCT or other universities and institutions.

The purpose of this policy is to encourage UAE nationals to open doors of opportunity in the Banking Industry. Sponsored students would be extended a big welcome in the bank's ongoing recruitment drive.

CBI is gearing itself to establish a Model Training Centre to implement all training and developmental activities. The aim is to facilitate a smooth transition with hands-on experience in banking.

Mr. Khamis Buharoon - CEO said, "The bank has participated in many career fairs in the past held throughout the UAE and has consistently provided internship and work placement programs for students. An impressive booth at the Career Exhibition held at the Sharjah Expo Centre on March 4th 2007 allowed interested parties to discuss with the bank's representatives and staff the wide variety of career opportunities and client services available at CBI."
