Dubai World's Emarati program is open to young UAE nationals, including the high school certificate holders.

A website dedicated to the Emarati program (emarati.dubaiworld.ae) was also launched to highlight the advantages of the program, provide detailed information on how to participate in it, and advertise career opportunities available in various Dubai World companies.

Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman, Dubai World, said on the occasion:

"Emarati represents Dubai World's commitment to empowering the emerging generation of UAE citizens by cultivating their talents and skills, and enabling them to contribute positively to the nation-building process.

"The initiative is designed to attract national talent from all walks of life. Every national employee is put through a well-defined career path in order to make it a rewarding experience to work with an organization like Dubai World. We have tailored it to create an appropriate environment for growth for the young men and women who join us."

The Dubai World stall at the 7th Careers UAE exhibition features several of the group's top employers, including Nakheel, Jadaf Dubai, Jafza, Dubai Maritime City, Dubai Multi Commodities Center, Dubai Customs, Information Technology Center, and the Civil Engineering Department.

Careers UAE is the key forum where all nationals concerned with employment, education and training can meet and network with hiring organizations.

The exhibition is organized by the Dubai World Trade Centre, in conjunction with Tanmia, Emirates Nationals Development Programme (ENDP), Higher Colleges of Technology, Zayed University and UAE University.
