Empower new HQ, doubles capital

Emirates Central Cooling Systems unveiled plans for a new headquarters in Dubai. The 'green' building will cost $54.5m and have more than 800,000 sqft of office space. It is expected to be completed in Q1 2009. Meanwhile the company plans to borrow $500m and double its capital to $272m this year to support an expansion drive.
