Partnering with major market players, IBM showcased some of the industry's broadest range of digital media technologies that enable users to easily and efficiently gain real-time access to huge amount of data in a cost effective manner.

'IBM's digital media solutions provide a new space dimension for users to expand, explore and develop freely while supporting them with a technology backbone that allows for seamless content management, storage, archival and retrieval.'
At CABSAT, IBM showcased its IPTV Consulting and Infrastructure Services that provide benefits of On Demand entertainment services over IP transport network and personalized services for unique customer experience. Based on IBM's open-standards architecture infrastructure, this solution delivers IP-based Video on Demand and Television, and can combine Voice, Video and Internet capabilities into a Triple Play Solution that combines the capabilities of IBM, Cisco and Minerva Network.
IBM's Middle East Broadcast partner BrainWaves was also present on the stand showcasing Brainstorm solutions that address different areas pertinent to the broadcasting industry such as graphics, filming, and communication. These solutions included intelligent graphics to create the industry's most sophisticated on-air graphics and virtual studio solutions.
