About The Palisades:
The Palisades is a joint development between Pearl Properties and Aristocrate Holdings LLC. Site works are already underway, and construction for The Palisades started earlier this year.

Pearl Properties:
Pearl Properties, a company of H.H. Sheikh Issa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, was established in 2005 with the mission to develop highly innovative and visionary projects in the residential, commercial and retail sectors of the U.A.E property market.

Aristocrate Holdings Limited:
Established in 2006, Aristocrate Holdings Limited (Aristocrate) is a joint venture between Aristocrate Properties UK (Osman Valli) and Ayaan Developments UAE (Mohammed Al Ghafli). Notably the company is a 50% shareholder in Dubai Lagoons and equally Aristocrate is a 50% shareholder in The Palisades. In addition, Aristocrate is also delivering a five star hotel and 300,000 sq. ft of office space, 1.5million sq. ft of residential space including 200 luxury villas and five ground plus six-story apartments, together with 1.5million sq. ft of retail space, all at Dubai Investments Park.

Biography of Stephen Oehme:
Stephen Oehme, an independent consultant to the property development sector. specialising in Value Management, has consulted on some of the worlds most significant and innovative building projects - always with environmental design inclusions as a primary concern.

Oehme was part of the inaugural team for the Green Building Council of Australia; is confidentially advising various governments in the Far East on environmental issues; was a key note speaker at the UAE's first Environmental Conference in 2005; is a consultant to the Property Council of Australia, and is currently engaging with the UAE Ministry of Environment and Water on the way forward for the United Arab Emirates.

Stephen has extensive experience in the international arena related to environmental methods and applications to projects of all scales, building types and uses.

In line with the Developer's and Architect's vision, Stephen has been involved from the conception of The Palisades project since 2005.

Stephen Oehme's core focus and capability relates to Value Management, which is a distinct, progressive and generational requirement for the property industry. All projects benefit from holistic Value Management. To attain cost effective environmental outcomes, Value Management is essential.

Value Management is attained by the technical, scientific, practical and commercial aspects of project design and delivery.
