The Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne, a popular year-round resort destination for Middle East visitors, has announced attractive Ramadan and Eid offers for those planning short trips to Europe.

Special two-night Ramadan and Eid packages, with accommodation for two in a superior lake view room, are available.

The offer includes buffet breakfast, fruits and flowers in the room, a gastronomic diner in the hotel's famous La Rotonde French restaurant, and complimentary tickets to Lausanne's fascinating Olympic Museum. Guests also have free access to the swimming pool, fitness centre and tennis courts.

Ramadan and Eid reservations can be made using the Beau-Rivage Palace e-mail (info@brp.ch) and telephone (0041.21.613.33.33) hotlines.

Middle East guests arriving via Geneva International Airport can reserve a chauffeur-driven Rolls Royce to whisk them away on a 40-minute drive to the hotel, which is set in private, lakeside grounds.

With all guest rooms boasting private balconies, giving superb views across the lake to the Alps, the hotel has an impressive line-up of restaurants, as well as its own spa offering a range of health and beauty treatments.

Just a short stroll away through the hotel grounds, the Olympic Museum presents visitors with an intriguing insight in the Olympic movement, and a stunning look back over some of the most memorable Olympic performances down the years.

For visitors eager to see more of the surrounding region, the Beau-Rivage Palace can arrange trips on one of Europe's most impressive railway lines, as well as visits to a multitude of museums, art galleries, concerts and other attractions.

Named the No.1 hotel in Switzerland for a third successive year by the leading Swiss economic magazine, 'Bilanz', the Beau-Rivage, was also placed in the Top Ten European Hotels in the latest ratings of Condé Nast Traveler, while it has also been ranked the 11th best business hotel in the world.
