RTA signs a strategic partnership with Dubai Land Department

In view of strengthening the existing relations and upgrading their customer services, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Land and Property signed a strategic partnership.
This partnership emphasizes on intensifying the efforts to ensure Dubai Government's vision to make Dubai a centre of finance, business and tourism in the region through ensuring both sides' visions to fulfill their client's needs, ensure the mutual benefits by outlining the framework of the partnership relations in addition to the joint work to improve the operations' performance, simplify the transactions, develop customer service and enhance the communication between the two sides ensuring mutual interest.
The partnership also explains the exchange of corporate know -how and expertise at all levels as well as exchange the information and related studies. According to the agreement, the organizational units related to both sides can enter joint agreement to enhance the concept of the partnership and put it into the sphere of influence.
H.E Al Tayer praised the corporation between the RTA and the Lands and Property Department which is considered an integral part of the strategic work of Dubai government in insuring its vision and future aspirations. He also said that the RTA would spare no pains to deliver the support to different organizations in Dubai, create a type of corporate partnership to ensure the continuity of work and discuss the ways that can solve the pending issues to reach the positive results.
H.E Sultan expressed his satisfaction and pleasure to sign the partnership agreement that will add a new dimension to the joint and mutual work between the agencies of Dubai Government. He added that his department is committed to enhance the joint work with the Government agencies in the filed of exchanging know-how that will provide a significant source to develop and improve services in a way that ensures the cost-effectiveness indicating that there is a number of fields that Lands and Property can deliver services to the RTA socially in the registration, evaluation, studies and real estate auctions.
