Globalpharma gears up to showcase its pharmaceutical manufacturing capabilities at Duphat 2007

Globalpharma to participate at Duphat 2007 - Dubai International Pharmaceuticals & Technologies Conference & Exhibition.
During the three-day exhibition, Globalpharma will display its latest products range while also presenting an overview on some of its products that will be launched in the coming months. The company will also highlight its advanced international standard manufacturing processes which have made it one of the most trusted pharmaceutical companies in the region. Globalpharma manufactures pharmaceutical products including antibiotics, cardiovascular, anti-ulcerants, analgesic NSAIDs, food supplements, vitamins, anti-diabetics, respiratory products and anti-histamine formulations under CGMP conditions, in addition to marketing and distributing products of multinational pharmaceutical companies.
Syed Jamil Akhtar, General Manager, Globalpharma, said, "Our participation in Duphat was imperative especially since this is one of the most established exhibitions for the pharmaceutical sector in the region, drawing leading pharmaceutical experts from across the GCC and the Middle East. The event provides us with the right platform to exhibit our capabilities, network with industry peers and share knowledge and best practices in light of recent advancements in medical research."

Duphat 2007 is being held in cooperation with the Department of Health & Medical Services, Dubai, and in association with Ministry of Health UAE, The Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia (SHPA), American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP), European Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (EUFEPS), European Society of Clinical Pharmacy (ESCP), International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring & Clinical Toxicology (IATDMCT), Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPA) and Monash University. This year, the exhibition experienced a 20 per cent increase in participating companies and a 30 per cent growth in trade professionals compared to the previous year.
