- PRESS RELEASE
Abu Dhabi Motors, the exclusive importer for BMW, BMW Alpina, MINI and Rolls Royce in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, achieved first place status in the BMW Middle East Aftersales competition of Excellence, held in Dubai this year.
Tallying the total results means that Abu Dhabi Motors achieved the highest team score and came in first place during the competition; leading the charge was Stefan Trifonov who took the first place for the Spare Parts Advisor competition.
The Abu Dhabi team placed first overall ahead of four competing markets, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and Dubai.
"We have been making immense progress in the aftersales service department by implementing several new programmes and employing the best engineers, something that has been paying off, and winning this competition is proof perfect that we have the best in the field," said Arno Husselmann, General Manager, Abu Dhabi Motors.
"Team work is an important part of any organization, something that we clearly demonstrated excellence in during this competition."
The competition takes place once every two years over three separate stages, testing several technical disciplines, ranging from service to spare parts.
The Abu Dhabi Motors team will now be sent to Germany to compete in the international Aftersales Excellence competition, which will be held in Munich in March of this year.
