HP helps Middle East small businesses to think about their colour printing options

HP's latest colour printing portfolio offers industry leading speed and affordability and includes three new high-performance Officejet Pro All-in-Ones, three new HP Officejet Pro single function printers and a new low-cost Officejet All-in-One for increased productivity.
HP additionally unveiled the high-capacity HP Vivera ink cartridges - including the HP 88XL- for extended cost savings.

Expanded Colour Printing Portfolio and New All-in-One Printers
HP's new Officejet Pro printers, the world's fastest desktop printers for business colour,(1) significantly drive down the cost of colour printing, making it easy and affordable for businesses to produce brilliant and durable professional-quality marketing materials in-house. Small businesses are taking advantage of new low-cost printers and realising the increased productivity and space-saving benefits of using a single device with printing, copying, scanning, and faxing that conveniently sits on a desktop. The new products include the following:
• HP Officejet Pro L7000 All-in-One Printer series provides multifunction capabilities, allowing users to quickly print professional documents at Laser Quality Speeds (2) of up to 12 pages per minute (ppm) black and up to 10ppm colour with up to 25 percent lower cost per page than comparable lasers. (3)
• HP Officejet Pro K5400 Printer series delivers fast Laser Quality Speeds(2) and up to 25 percent lower cost per page than in-class laser printers(4) , with comparable print quality and reliability.

Offering customers another robust, versatile printing solution for increased productivity at an affordable price is the HP Officejet J5780 All-in-One Series.

Since first unveiling its breakthrough Scalable Printing Technology (SPT) in July 2005, HP has continued to bring innovative ink printing solutions to market such as the Officejet Pro K550 printer, offering faster speeds, lower costs and higher quality and reliability for a variety of customers. Today's expanded line of Officejet Pro colour printers represents another milestone for HP's SPT.

The new Officejet and Officejet Pro devices use high-capacity, low cost per page print cartridges with a unique Vivera ink optimised for plain paper office printing. HP Vivera office inks provide laser-quality text, consistent, brilliant images for brochures and marketing collateral on any paper as well as highly smear-resistant results when using HP Everyday Papers with ColorLok Technology. HP Everyday Papers with ColorLok Technology are HP's plain papers designed with HP printers for office use. Documents printed on these papers dry quickly and resist smearing for excellent results.

Three year warranty for Officejet Pro Series
For a limited time period, the HP Officejet Pro L7000 All-in-One Printer series and the HP Officejet Pro K5400 Printer series come with a free-of-charge warranty of three years (instead of one year), offering additional security and cost savings to customers. The enhanced warranty covers HP hardware, software and supplies.(5)

HP also announced plans to roll-out a huge marketing campaign around "THink" in the Middle East.
