The Dubai International Pharmaceuticals & Technologies Conference and Exhibition - DUPHAT 2007 opens

The Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition DUPHAT 2007 was inaugurated at the International Convention and Exhibition Centre by His Excellency Mr. Qadhi Saeed Al Murooshid, Director General of the Department of Health and Medical Services representing the patron H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Economy, President of the Department of Health and Medical Services. The event runs for 3 consecutive days 20th, 21st and 22nd of March 2007 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Over the years DUPHAT has gained the unique accreditation of creating a platform for mutual interaction between professionals, students and academics of Pharmaceutical Science. Today after 11 successful years, DUPHAT has the recognition and support of the premier international organizations like the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP), European Federation for Pharmaceutical Sciences (EUFEPS), European Society of Clinical Pharmacists (ESCP), Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia (SPHA), International Association of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring & Clinical Toxicology (IATDMCT), Canadian Pharmacists Association (CPA), International Society for Pharmacoepidemiology (ISPE), Utrecht University, The Netherlands, European Society of Oncology Pharmacy (ESOP) and Monash University, Australia along with local government bodies like the Ministry of Health and the Department of Health & Medical Services (DOHMS).
