Luxury Real Estate Development appoints LLJ Property as exclusive sales agent for two projects in Abu Dhabi

LRED, established in 2006 was founded to develop well designed, competitively priced real estate within the emerging Abu Dhabi property market.

The appointment of LLJ Property marks the beginning of the sales and marketing campaign for two residential buildings located within Shams Abu Dhabi, Reem Island on plots purchased by LRED in 2006 from master developer Sorouh. The first of these projects Mangrove Place located adjacent to the prestigious Sky Tower will showcase later this month at IREIS. The second development Waterside Place scheduled to showcase later this year is at the northern end of the Shams development close to a planned 5 star resort.

LLJ Property was established in 2005 by founding Abu Dhabi based partners, Linda Loughnane, Lubna Al-Ruzeiqi and Jane Woods, in association with the Al Masaood Group. The company was set up in response to the ever growing needs of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Together, the partners have over 30 years experience in the United Arab Emirates real estate market, specialising in Abu Dhabi property sales and marketing, leasing, and property management.

LRED's decision to appoint LLJ Property stems from their successful track record as Abu Dhabi's leading real estate agency - a recently launched exclusive project achieved over 50% sales within two months of launch.
