The show is an exclusive international exhibition for real estate and investment companies to meet with home buyers, potential investors, agents and partners, focusing on all aspects of the property development industry. It provides an annual forum that celebrates the very best in real estate, architecture, urban planning and design from around the world.

Sorouh will be displaying models of its major projects on its stand, most prominent of which is Shams Abu Dhabi, Sorouh's prestigious AED 25 billion landmark development, located on Reem Island. Other models include projects on Shams Abu Dhabi, such as Central Park, offering one million square feet of open space and recreational amenities; The Gate District, Sky Tower, the magnificent 74-storey mixed use building at the Gate District; in addition to Tala Tower, the 49 storey tower located on Marina Square.
