Sipchem boosts share capital

The Saudi International Petrochemical Company has decided to increase its share capital from $400m to $533.5m, reported Arab News. Abdulaziz Al Zamil, the Chairman of Sipchem's board, said one bonus share will be issued for every three shares owned by a shareholder. The move will increase the total number of shares to 200m, up from 150m.
