RAK Properties to hold AGM tomorrow

RAK Properties PJSC, the premier real estate company in Ras Al Khaimah will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, March 22, 2007 at 5 pm at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Hotel.

The AGM agenda will include approval of the annual financial report for the year 2006, the auditors report for the same year and approval of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement for the fiscal year ended as on December 31, 2006. The agenda will also include seeking approval of the board of directors' proposal concerning the distribution of dividends for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 at 7.5%. Other items on the agenda included discharge of the Board members and the auditors of the bank account for the Company's business during the period from 2nd June 2005 to 31st December 2006, appoint auditors for 2007 and determine their remuneration.
