Mitsubishi Pajero 2007 off to a flying start - Al Habtoor Motors showrooms witness an unprecedented visitor turnout during the launch campaign

The much touted launch of the new Mitsubishi Pajero 2007 coincided with a three day promotional campaign which aimed to bolster the customer interest and at the same time introduce the new model in an interesting way.

The "Guess what's missing in the new Pajero" - a 3-day promotional campaign from 11th - 13th February 2007 invited the general public to visit their nearest Al Habtoor Motors Showroom and checkout the new Pajero 2007 and guess what was missing in it. The people with the right answers would have their names into a raffle draw and they stood the chance to win the new Pajero 2007.

The "Guess what's missing in the new Pajero 2007" campaign was off with a flying start. All the Al Habtoor Showrooms across the UAE registered a terrific inflow of visitors who took part in the promotional campaign which revolved around the "what's missing" puzzle. The visitors were enthusiastic about the arrival of the new Pajero and showed great eagerness to trying to solve the puzzle of what was missing from the car.

"The visitors donned their detective hats as they went great lengths to study each and every part of the new Pajero. In fact the sales teams at various showrooms had to handle large numbers of Pajero enthusiasts trying to figure out the missing element in the new Pajero," said Ali Assal, Branch Manager at Al Habtoor Motors Sheikh Zayed Road showroom.

Ivana Sandeka, Sales Executive at Al Habtoor Motors Deira showroom added, "Every one who took part in the campaign was rewarded with a free gift. The visitors were impressed by the new 2007 Pajero and also got an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the other Mitsubishi vehicles. While the guessing exercise itself was interesting, it was quite a brain teaser for many."

Roger Goshn, Marketing Manager, Al Habtoor Motors commented "When we were planning the launch for the new Pajero, we had to plan a way to make the launch both exciting as well as involving for the public at large. In all, we arrived at a radically different approach that made the launch all the more memorable and I am sure people will talk about it for quite a while."

On 14th Valentine's Day, the new Pajero was unveiled to a selected audience comprising over hundred corporate VIPs, motoring aficionados and media. The answer to the "What's missing in the new Pajero" was announced. The answer to the much awaited puzzle was "You" - the onlooker themselves were missing from the new Pajero 2007. The raffle draw was held for the "Guess what's missing" campaign and Ahmed Wahid was declared the winner.

Overall, the new Mitsubishi Pajero 2007 was welcomed well by all. Motoring aficionados have hailed the new Pajero for its new stunning looks and impressive performance.
