"This special property showcase for government employees was a thank you gesture from Emaar for the commendable work they do for the growth of Dubai," said Mr Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director - UAE, Emaar Properties. "During the five-hour event they could evaluate several available home options in our projects including Downtown Burj Dubai and other established residential neighbourhoods."

Government employees representing various business sectors were invited to the event. They were also given a preview of Tanaro, the new residential tower within The Views development located near Emaar Business Park. The 24-storey Tanaro tower features studios, and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Emaar's residential projects in Dubai consistently receive strong investor response. The homes also serve as a good investment option with high rates of return and rental prospects.
