Tameer announces organizational development initiative with world-leading consultancy Ernst & Young

Tameer Holding, the region's leading real estate company, has today announced that it is embarking upon a significant organizational development initiative of the Group, to be undertaken by Ernst & Young, one of the world's leading professional consulting firms.
"Our future strategies and objectives are very ambitious and to succeed in achieving these goals, Tameer must ensure it has the most solid of foundations. I am sure our organization-wide restructuring programme, with Ernst & Young at the helm, will provide us with the strongest of platforms upon which to experience continued future success. Using the latest approaches and leading practices in organization design and development, Ernst & Young will focus on short term and long term objectives right throughout the company in its work with Tameer Holding, such as improving coordination among various organizational entities; maintaining appropriate level of control; streamlining operations; aligning our structure to future strategy; foster collaboration by promoting cooperative goals and building trust; strengthening competence and provide employees with the right authorities to discharge their responsibilities.
Tameer Holding is an employer of choice and currently has more than 170 staff members working under its name, all of whom will have an active involvement during the various stages of the engagement with Ernst & Young. The workforce has been briefed on pivotal role the organizational development initiative will play in enhancing productivity and organizational performance as Tameer builds for future prosperity.
Tameer Holding is currently developing a number of key projects in UAE, such as Al Salam City in Umm Al Quwain, the largest property development project in the world, along with the world's tallest residential tower "Princess Tower", located in Dubai Marina. In addition to these projects in UAE, and in keeping with its expansion plans, Tameer also has numerous international developments being undertaken including the ground-breaking Tameer project in Yemen, with its mixture of residential and tourism developments, Madinat Al Majd in Jordan and a large mixed-use project in Libya.
