Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders said:
'Training is an essential ingredient of the modern business environment. We aim to provide UAE-based entrepreneurs with top quality training by liaising with leading academic bodies and training institutes. We believe that increasing investors' knowledge on specific business management areas enhances the success ratio of their investments.'
The 'Identifying Business Opportunities' programme is a blend of creativity, innovation, product development and integrated communication. The programme will enable participants to develop skills necessary to identify and assess potential business opportunities, and to create new business opportunities.
The 'Franchising' programme seeks to develop an understanding of franchising as a business option from the point of view of the franchisor and the franchisee, their roles and responsibilities, the underlying economics, legal aspects of the contractual relationship between the franchisor and franchisee, and managing a franchise to deliver value to consumers.
The training programmes will be conducted in English. Classes will be held twice a week on Sundays and Wednesdays for two hours each from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the American University of Dubai. Both training programmes are open to UAE nationals and expatriates.
