Mobility in healthcare sector highlighted at Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Intel 'Mobility Tour'

On the lines of 'More Mobility-More Productivity', Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Intel, will focus on mobility solutions for the healthcare sector, during the jointly organised 'Mobility Tour'.

The one day event takes place on March 27, 2007, at the JW Marriot Hotel, Kuwait.

"During recent years, the number of people working outside the settings of their central office environment has amplified steadily, and this upward trend will continue for the next few years," said Christian Bock, Sr. Marketing Manager, Mobility Marketing EMEA for Fujitsu-Siemens who will be presenting a key note speech on Mobile Workforce 2007 on Connectivity, Strategy, and Style'. "The healthcare sector, like other businesses, is keen to adopt mobility solutions to enable mobile staff be more productive, gain real-time access to information, and manage time better."

"However, making sure that the solution is cost-effective, secure, and future-proof presents significant challenges. We want to address those challenges and be a part of the organisations' success story. The technologies, solutions, and terminal equipment suitable to gain the most out of these solutions, and steps to be considered while designing mobility strategies and security, will be unveiled at the event."

Andrew Lamb, Product Manager for Fujitsu Siemens Computers Middle East will provide a mobility product overview, while Naeem Hamami, Program Manager for Intel will provide insights on Intel's C2D processors and mobility.
