Ruby Tuesday for Mideast

US restaurant chain Ruby Tuesday is planning to open 25 restaurants across the Middle East over the next seven years, according to ArabianBusiness.com. The expansion programme will see branches open in Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and the UAE. The National Arabic Company for Restaurant Management of Kuwait will run the outlets and the first openings are expected in Cairo and Dubai.
