QNB offers best lending deals to customers

Qatar National Bank (QNB) has launched its "Best Lending Deals" campaign covering three major products: Personal, Vehicle, and Mortgage Loans.

The offers in the campaign are applicable to Qataris and Resident Expatriates who have salaried accounts with QNB or other banks.

Applicants can enjoy all the benefits of QNB Loans with speedy approvals and benefit from the hassle free process and high quality service offered by QNB's branches. If more convenient, arrangements can be made for a Direct Sales Agent to visit an applicant at work or at home.

QNB is currently offering the best deals in the retail loan market on its personal loans, vehicle loans and mortgage loans to suit all its customers' requirements. The bank plays the role of not just a financer but that of a partner as well. As a partner QNB prides itself on being able to offer the best deals in the market.

With attractive interest rates, QNB's personal loans are being offered to both Qataris and expatriate citizens with very competitive tenor periods. Available to all QNB customers with a minimum salary of QR 2,000, Qatari customers also have an option of starting their repayment from January 31, 2008. Expatriates can also postpone up to 6 months of their loans installments.

QNB's vehicle loan policies have also been revised to meet competitive rates on offer. Available to both QNB and other banks customers, loan applicants can purchase cars, both used and new, immediately with no down payment and start repaying their vehicle loans in 2008 for QNB customers and after 6 months for other banks customers, over a period of 96 months for Qataris and up to 72 months for Expatriates. The bank also offers competitive vehicle insurance coverage extendible up to 3 years.

Open to Qatari and resident Expatriates, both QNB and other banks customers, QNB's Mortgage Loans are designed to provide finance up to 100% of the property value with a maximum borrowing amount of QR 4,000,000. With loan tenors of up to 30 years for ready properties and up to 25 years for properties under-construction with reputed developers, the first installment can be paid after 6 months for ready properties or after handover for properties under-construction. It is worth mentioning that the bank guarantees loan approvals in 24 hours.
