Renowned international hair expert visits Saudi for Jeddaderm

Dandruff is a condition that affects approximately 50 per cent of the population worldwide and is equally common in men and women, according to leading hair expert and Principal Scientist, Procter & Gamble Beauty, Dr Steve Shiel.
