Emirates works on A380 delivery

Emirates airline, the largest launch customer for the A380 super-jumbo, is working with maker Airbus to ensure delivery starts next year, Reuters reported. Emirates has ordered 43 A380s, the delivery of which have been delayed by almost two years to August 2008. The Dubai-based carrier is also in the market for between 60 and 100 wide-body aircraft; either Airbus' A350-XWB or Boeing's 787 Dreamliner.
