Zad Industries and Services commences full services in April

Zad Industries and Services, Jordan's largest specialized industrial food caterer, invited key Jordanian journalists for a tour at the production plant to highlight the project's development, facilities and services.
"We are very delighted with the media's visit to our site. Our main and ultimate goal is to introduce the Jordanian public to our pioneering services and leading standards. Being Jordan's largest purpose-built industrial food caterer, we take pleasure in announcing the commencement of full services in April, raising the bar in the local mass catering market and developing our capacity to provide our services to various organizations across the Kingdom," said Zad Industries and Services, General Manager, Rodney Woolliscroft.
"We have focused our resources, efforts and financial capabilities during the construction phase of our facility to ensure premium quality production with a production capacity of 100,000 meals per day, in addition to, guarantee consistency in supplying high quality meals, consistency in hygiene, consistency in delivery time and consistency in response to clients needs," stated Woolliscroft.
"Zad is introducing a new concept and achieving premiere standards in the mass catering industry in Jordan supported by its high quality services, and food safety policies which comply fully with international standards including ISO quality assurance and HACCP food safety procedures," added Woolliscroft.
Zad's pioneering services will also include a focused quality management programme manifested in a specialized microbiology lab on site to check all phases of production from storage to delivery to ensure food safety, in addition to controlled storage facilities that allow different types of foods to be stored in accordance with optimum storage environment.
During the tour which included a presentation, Abdelhaleem Humood, Zad's Marketing and Customer Relations Manager took key Jordanian journalists through Zad's production plant including its 7,500mē central kitchen. Zad's kitchen was specifically designed and equipped with pristine state-of-the-art specialized equipment to ensure quality and production efficiency.
"Zad has employed 220 (two hundred twenty) professionally trained Jordanian staff together with international skilled chefs cooking their homeland dishes for the multi-national employees working in various Qualified Industrial Zones (QIZ's) throughout the Kingdom," said Abdelhaleem Humood, Zad's Marketing and Customer Relations Manager
"Our significant competence will enable Zad to prepare and deliver three meals per day; breakfast, lunch and dinner on 24/7 basis to all clients across the Kingdom at competitive rates," added Al Humood.
"To achieve positive interaction with clients, Zad adopts a two way communication approach applied by our highly qualified customer service team that interacts with clients to ensure remarkable compliance of Zad's services to clients' needs, and receives client's feedback to further enhance the quality of our service," concluded Al Humood.
