Mena Telecom contributes to youth education with visit from University of Bahrain students

Mena Telecom welcomed yesterday a group of University of Bahrain students to its head office as part of initiatives aimed towards contributing to the support and development of youth in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The objective of this visit was to familiarise and educate the students on the required skill-set and expertise needed to be a part of a world-class organization. The visit was also intended to give the young academics a glimpse of corporate life and job opportunities available to them in the growing telecom sector.

Mena Telecom views its human capital as its most important asset. It recognizes that the strength and dedication of each and every member of its team is what makes Mena Telecom a world-class organization. The employees help meet - if not exceed - the expectations of its customers everyday. In light of this, Mena Telecom acknowledged the need to demonstrate this business model to the students during their visit. Through meeting with the management and employees of the company the students learnt first-hand the departmental activities and various roles that shape Mena Telecom.

Mr. Jawahery concluded on the occasion of the visit.

Mr. Jawahery at the end of the visit presented the students with wireless bluetooth headsets in appreciation of their attendance and to assist them in complying with the new driving regulations in coordination with the traffic directorate.
