Qatar, Korea ICT cooperation

Qatar and South Korea have agreed to cooperate in ICT development across a range of economic sectors including education, health, research, business, and government related policy. A memorandum of understanding was signed Thursday between ictQATAR and South Korea's Ministry of Information and Communication.
