Al Aradi joins NBAD from Gulf Investment Corporation, where he was Head of Treasury.
In his new role, Al Aradi will lead NBAD's treasury business including Money Markets, FX, Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Treasury Sales.
'Our plan is that he develops a state-of-the-art dealing room with some 50 dealing positions with the aim to create the leading financial markets business in the Arab world. With over 27 years of experience in broad investment banking and treasury in New York, Singapore, London, Bahrain and Kuwait, I am confident that Al Aradi will help us achieve our objective and successfully execute the bank's plan,' commented Mr. Michael Tomalin, NBAD's Chief Executive.

UAE number one bank, National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) has announced the appointment of Mr. Mahmood Al Aradi as General Manager - Financial Markets Group effective 1st of April.
