H.E Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Board and Executive Director of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) issued several administrative orders to appoint nationals and experience abilities in leading positions across various departments in RTA, completion to the set of procedures to give the chance for all youth abilities to lead important positions.
This also came in line with the Directions of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai to persuade growing talent among the nationals and encourage Emiratisation in the authority. The new appointments are to ensure the vision and strategic goals of the RTA are established which is 'Safe and Smooth Transport for all'.
The new orders include the appointment of Kawthar Abdul Rahim Abdulla as Director of Human Resources and Development Department. She has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management and Marketing from University of Colorado and she has more than nice years of experiences gained through occupying number of leading and supervision positions in HR, development and recruitment in addition to participating in number of specialized training courses in the same and related fields.
Furat Ali Al Amri has been appointed as Manager of the CEO office of Marine Agency while he has Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Ajman University of Science and Technology and Diploma in Digital Techniques and Diploma in Technician Instrument. He has more than 20 years of experiences in leading and supervision positions in addition to his participation in number of specialized courses and trainings that qualified her to occupy this position.
Al Tayer also issued an order to appoint Masoud Mohammed Hasim as Registration and License Manager in the Marine Agency. With BSC in Banking Science from UAE University in Al Ain and Diploma in Computer in addition to number of trainings in English language. He has more than 16 years of experiences gained through number of leading and specialized positions in accounting field in addition to his participation in number of local and GCC events and activities.
Mohammed Al Attar also appointed as operations Manager in the Operation and performance Department of the Marine Agency. He has Bachelor in Business Administartion from Dubai University College and Diploma in Applied Business from Dubai Men's College and Certificate Diploma in Business Administration and has more than seven years of experience gained through occupying number of leading positions in operations and planning.
