J. Ray McDermott's Annual Charity Golf Classic raises AED340,000

On March 22nd, J. Ray held its annual golf tournament, raising over AED340,000 for two local charities: Dubai Center for Special Needs and Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs.
The event drew 131 golfers from the local and international energy community for a challenging tournament at Arabian Ranches Golf Club, followed by an awards dinner. The three winning teams were presented their trophies while individuals received prizes for their excellent performance on the 18 holes.
The Dubai Center for Special Needs has been in operation for over twenty years and caters for almost 130 children ranging in age from 3 to 29 years old. The center provides academic education and prevocational training to help students take their rightful place in the world.
The Senses Residential and Day Care for Special Needs, established in 2005, is a combined, full time residential care, day care, and short term respite care center that offers specialized services for children and young adults with learning and physical disabilities.
