Held from 22 - 25 april, 2007 at the Gulf International Convention Center, Gulf Hotel, Kingdom of Bahrain.
This conference is being organised by the Bahrain Society of Engineers in association with the Environmental Technology & Management Association, Saudi Arabian Section of the Air & Waste Management Association and Saudi Arabian Water Environment Association. During the past 10 years, the organisers have conducted four International Conferences, held under the same title covering different themes concerning various environmental issues of the substantial interest to the companies invoived in the petroleum and petrochemical fields in particular and other industries in general.
This 5th Conference is being held under the theme 'Environmental Sustainability and Future Challenges'. In EnviroArabia 2007 a selected number of international experts have been invited from all over the world to deliver their Keynote and Plenary speeches during the Opening Ceremony Session and other plenary sessions. Such conferences also contribute significantly in raising environment awareness in the society. It is expected that the conference will attract not less than 500 engineers and environment specialists from GCC, Middle East, Europe, Asia, USA and the Far East.
An exhibition will be organized in parallel to the conference to display the latest technical industrial products related to the Environment field. So far 25 companies have already been booked 45 Exhibition booths to display their products and services. The Conference committee expecting more companies to participating in the exhibition.
The previous conference & exhibition was attended by 450 delegates and an anticipated participation of around 500 plus delegates from GCC oil companies, corporations, as well as prominent individuals from the Gulf and the Middle East in this forthcoming conference.
