The official launch of the leading next generation gaming console is planned for April 26, 2007 in the UAE, and soon after will be rolled out throughout the region.
Microsoft® Entertainment and Devices Division Middle East, the department responsible for Xbox 360, plays an important role in the world's gaming industry. Microsoft E&D has seen a 76 percent growth worldwide in Q2 as a result of the Xbox 360 console, software and accessories.

Promising to capture the attention of Middle East gamers, Xbox 360 demands an official launch to ensure that gamers and players reap the benefits of Microsoft®'s efforts and the establishment of the Xbox 360 network first in the UAE and then the entire region.
"The official launch in the UAE will signify that gamers in the Middle East will not only have easy access to high-definition graphics, unparalleled online play and gripping digital entertainment features of the Xbox 360 but also the technical support, events, community and access to over 160 games that are available to gamers abroad" continued Demir.
