According to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, organisers of the competition, the event will encourage the younger generation to develop business skills and creative thinking in a competitive environment.
The Young Entrepreneur Competition is held in coordination with the Dubai Education Zone and Al Reef Mall. From 3-5 April 07, visitors to the Al Reef Mall will be able to browse through and purchase various merchandise displayed by the competing 84 teams of students from Dubai private and government high schools.
Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders, said: "The competition is an ideal platform to interact with the high school students and educate them about basic principles of starting and operating a private business. The event is a strategic tactic that supports our mission in promoting entrepreneurship and raising its awareness across the UAE".
Following its remarkable success in Dubai during previous cycles, the Young Entrepreneurs Competition will be organised for the first time in Abu Dhabi from 17-19 April, 07 at Al Marina Mall.
