Al Mansouri said:
'The United Arab Emirates is dealing on a global scale. We like to adopt all forms of different approaches in discovering potential leaders. In many other countries, like Scandinavian countries, they tend to begin at an early stage to identify talent. That is why there is a high percentage of talented young executives, managers and directors at quite an early stage of there careers.'
According to Al Mansouri, in most parts of the Arab world, we fail to push for discovering talent at an early stage, where the main objective of companies and organizations is the end of year financial results. At the end of the day, the talented people are helping achieve high results, but they are not fulfilling there full potential in their dedicated field. 'Part of our responsibility comes inline with the federal government, where we aim to acquire talented people and support them to further maintain and achieve excellence, he added.
'Annual events such as this surely deliver the message of the importance of human resources in a corporation. We praise Etisalat Academy for their role in organizing this prestigious event which will bring together prominent international and regional experts in human resources,' mentioned Al Mansouri.
