Leading international property developers to headline International Property Show 2007

International Property Show 2007, the biggest transactional property exhibition in the region, is set to kick off tomorrow (Tuesday, April 3) and will be headlined by the participation of leading international property developers including Dubai Properties, Tameer Holding, Al Fajr Properties, Deyaar, Sorouh Real Estate, Omniyat, and others, along with the support of Dubai Land Department.
Speaking at the press conference, Dawood Al Shezawi, Managing Director, Strategic Marketing & Exhibitions, organizers of the International Property Show, said, "This year's exhibition has grown by 35 per cent and will witness regional and international participation of leading players in the property and real estate market, coming from 70 different countries. The event will be an ideal platform for the exhibitors to showcase their latest projects and services and interact with the visitors who are expected to exceed 20,000 over the 3 day event."
International Property Show 2007 will feature auctions of prime plots of land and properties from Dubai. The auctions will take place on April 4 at 6 pm and will be under the supervision of Dubai Land Department. The exhibition will also feature seminars on the second day of the event (April 4th) to headline major projects and strategies in the market.
Ahmed Abuljobain, VP Marketing, Tameer Holding said," The International Property Show has established its ability to draw key decision-makers and players in the real estate industry here in Dubai and from around the globe. With the participation of leading international players, we are looking forward to expand our network and replicate last year's success."
Tameer's project portfolio comprises The Imperial Residence, The Elite Tower, The Regal Towers and The Palace Tower that are located in Dubai's most exclusive locations and carry Tameer's signature art-deco design that is in high demand in the UAE market. Tameer will also feature the epic USD 8.3 billion Al Salam City project in Umm Al Quwain, one of the largest projects in the northern emirate, which is designed to accommodate half a million residents.

The International Property Show is the region's comprehensive public and trade exhibition for the international and regional property market. The 2007 edition is supported by Dubai Land Department, and is sponsored by Dubai Properties, Amlak Finance, and Tameer Holding.
The exhibition will bring together international and regional exhibitors, property developers, financiers, real estate agents and consultants, designers and others involved in the real estate industry in the UAE and the Middle East and prime real estate markets in the world. Last year's edition tallied more than 16,000 visitors from 66 countries, with a majority of 40 per cent from the corporate sector.
"The success of last year's edition has drawn a larger international participation and has prompted leading industry developers to sponsor the event. The presence of platinum and gold sponsors and the continuous support of Dubai Land department will boost the significance of the event as the biggest transactional property exhibition in the region," concluded Al Shezawi.
