Blades multi-cultural restaurant opens at Four Seasons Golf Club Dubai Festival City

Four Seasons Golf Club Dubai brings its guests a whole world of taste and flavours at its new multi-cultural restaurant, Blades.

With a menu more cosmopolitan than a meeting of the United Nations, diners can travel the culinary globe in just one sitting.

The journey begins with a breadbasket crammed full of flavoursome nibbles including a mix of plain and spicy poppadams, prawn crackers, Japanese crackers and crispy flat breads. The first course is a selection of sensational sharing platters that showcase the best of the best from Arabia, China, Thailand and India. Alternatively, the Blades Raw Bar Extreme Crustacean platter, which features Omani lobster, Oysters, Alaskan Crab legs, Canadian Scallops, Jumbo prawns and mussels, is guaranteed to get the taste buds flowing.

Main courses are an equally diverse affair, with the option of choosing from the Pasta and Noodles, Curries of Asia, Arabic Grills and Western Grills menus. Signature dishes include Thai red curry with roasted duck and cherry tomatoes and South Indian Spicy Hammour Curry.

Located underneath the 27-metre glass spire in the clubhouse's main atrium, Blades has a modern, contemporary feel that complements the cutting-edge cuisine on offer. The comfy, banquette seating and fantastic views over the waterfalls of the golf course make eating in this unique restaurant a relaxing and memorable experience.
