International Customer Loyalty Programmes (ICLP) has added another member to its expanding team of loyalty marketing specialists in Dubai with the appointment of Kerrie Hawkins as Account Director, Dubai and Neha Mehay as Senior Account Executive.
Kerrie brings several years of loyalty experience with her, particularly in customer communication, and will assist ICLP in delivering world-class loyalty marketing solutions to a client base that includes Jumeirah, Qatar Airways, and DHL.
Neha has been involved in marketing for over six years and has a wide variety of experience in the retail, high end fashion and manufacturing sectors. Neha began her career as a Sales Advisor with Chiffons Haute Couture, UK and moved on to work with Harvey Nichols for the next five years. She has comprehensive Account Management experience. Her previous experience includes working with brands such as Elizabeth Arden, Givenchy, L'Oreal, and Christian Dior.
ICLP is also happy to announce the promotion of Janis D'Souza from Marketing Executive to Marketing Manager. In her new role, Janis will be responsible for consolidating ICLP's marketing and PR strategy with the objective of ensuring that ICLP continues its current pace of growth in the region.
As loyalty marketing continues to prove itself as a profitable method of attaining, retaining and expanding a client's customer base, these new appointments and promotions will contribute to ICLP's objective of managing and identifying new opportunities in existing business, providing end-to-end solutions and expanding its scope of services to new industries across the Middle East.
