Tanmiyat sets its sights on the Singaporean market

After its Platinum Sponsorship of Cityscape Dubai last year, Tanmiyat Investment Group announced that it will be participating as a Platinum Sponsor in Cityscape Asia 2007, an international property development and investment exhibition, which will be held between the 10th and 12th of April 2007 in Suntec-Singapore.
Mr. Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Al Majed, Deputy CEO, Tanmiyat Investment Group, said that Tanmiyat's participation in Cityscape Asia stems from its wish to communicate with key investors from all over the world in one of the largest international events of its kind.
Al Majed added that Tanmiyat will highlight its available investment opportunities to potential Singaporean investors and open new venues for the group in a country that has become one of the most financially viable Asian countries in the field of realty and investment.
Al Majed mentioned that every investor who is looking to expand internationally should not miss out on the opportunity to showcase projects and ideas in a market that includes 291 of the biggest realty developments, in a region with a population of 2.8 billion, including Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Thailand, Vietnam and the Pacific.
Tanmiyat's participation in Cityscape Asia proves the group's determination to garner a larger international profile where its marketing team will focus on promoting key mega-developments, including its 24.7 million sq ft Living Legends project in Dubai, which comes with a USD 3.8 billion price tag. The project is the first of its kind in the Middle East with an investment cost reaching USD 272.3 million.
Mr. Abdullah Al Majed stated that Tanmiyat will continue to participate in exhibitions where the industry's major international players are involved.
