Major Development launches USD 100 million projects portfolio at International Property Show 2007

The Bangkok-based firm, which is participating in the event for the first time, is displaying two high-end residential towers - Manhattan Chidlom and Aguston Sukhumvit 22 - that are located in the country's prime residential areas.

Manhattan Chidlom is inspired by cosmopolitan New York, which combines upscale living with traditional charm such as brown-brick exterior and topiary landscaping, and includes fitness and business centers to cater to young executives. With 34 floors, and 190 units, the tower is valued at USD 39 million.

Aguston Sukhumvit 22 is situated in the exclusive Sukhumvit area and draws on Spanish and Moorish designs. The 269-unit condominium has private bowling lanes and virtual golf. Comprising of 2 towers and total of 269 units, Aguston Sukhumvit 22 is worth USD 62 million.
