Hesham is a senior management professional with ten years experience in senior leadership, he has exceptional leadership skills and executive strategic business development plans. He has the ability to combine expert visionary, strategic, and tactical expertise to produce quality driven products, services and processes. In his new role, he will develop the DOZ's new expansion plans, international sales strategy.

Hesham, started his career in the banking industry in 1998 and the moved to the education industry after that he joined as one of the founding member of Dubai eGovernment, he started leading the Quality office Dubai eGovernment where he created the first online services quality frame work for the Government of Dubai, he also played a major role in all services and products offered by the Dubai eGovernment, Hesham established and monitored the government wide program management office and he designed and implement a multi department content management system.
