International Tobacco and Cigarettes Company fosters strong ties amongst team members

In keeping with its ongoing aims to foster strong ties amongst all its team members, the International Tobacco and Cigarette Company (ITC) recently organized a two day trip for its employees to the coastal city of Aqaba.
During the two day trip, attendees enjoyed a number of team building activities In addition and they brainstormed different ideas to gain market share and expand their marketing campaigns.
When asked to comment on the Aqaba trip, Mr. Samer Fakhouri, General Manager of ITC, said, "We at ITC believe in the power of social interaction, and we feel that strong internal ties help foster healthy work environments. It is our phenomenal working environment that in turn helps promote advancement for our firm, for I and the rest of ITC's administration don't see anyone on our team as a mere employee but rather as a member of our expanding ITC family. It is with this outlook that has governed all the social activities we organize at ITC, and the positive outcomes from this year's Aqaba trip only inspire us to plan many more for the future."
Mr. Fakhouri added "These trips are our humble way of thanking everyone on the ITC team for their ongoing efforts. Their efforts are the force steering the firm forward towards further advancement and prosperity. We fully acknowledge that we wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for our powerful team. In a market governed by ongoing competition and change, our firm has managed to maintain a pioneering position, and once again we have our team and their genuine loyalty to thank for that. "
It is important to note that this isn't the first trip of its type to be organized by ITC, for the firm constantly launches initiatives that help create a healthy social climate amongst its team members. ITC will be organizing several similar activities in the future, using the success of past attempts as its source of inspiration.
