Microsoft, Royal Focus agreement

Microsoft, a member of the Business Software Alliance, has reached an out-of-court settlement with Royal Focus following a raid on the latter's offices. The agreement saw Royal Focus, a computer and software trading enterprise, sign an undertaking to abstain from utilising, exhibiting or soliciting any pirated software from the Microsoft Corporation. The liability amount will be increased in case evidence is found of continued infringement.
