Aldar, NCTH AD resort JV

Aldar Properties has formed a joint venture with the National Corporation for Tourism and Hotels to develop a gated resort and residential development on two islands located off the western coast of Abu Dhabi. The five star resort will comprise 128 guest rooms, two royal suites, ten private villas and 20 club suites. The resort will also feature a health and fitness club, a spa, restaurants and its own marina.
