  • Saudi Arabia: Monday, April 09 - 2007 at 08:51

Danish shipping firm Maersk Line has said that 10% of the containers it transported last year came from the Middle East, reported Gulf News. The firm's Middle East Area CEO Marc Gijsbrechts said its business in the region is likely to grow faster than in any other area. Gijsbrechts added that the firm's financial performance last year was hit by lower freight rates and higher bunker prices.
