Tameer Real Estate International and Sigma sign an agreement to complete the designs and master plan for Al-Majd City in Zarqa

Engineer Mohammad Habib, Managing Director represented Tameer Real Estate International, while Architect Hani Hakki, President represented Sigma Consulting Engineers.

Al-Majd City is considered to be the first and one of the most prominent and largest real estate projects carried out by a real estate developer in alliance with the Housing & Urban Development Corporation. Al-Majd City is being built to include more than 20 thousands residential units of apartments, villas & semi-villas, in addition to 2500 commercial units of retail shops, offices & shopping center. The first phase of the project will be the residential units, which will comprise of 8500 apartments ranging in size between 70 and 120 m² valued at more than 350 million US dollars. Tameer will also consider local & international real estate agencies to join as investors in Al-Majd project. The first phase of infrastructure development has been completed while the rest of the project will be accomplished within phases over a period of 9 years.

'Al-Majd' project goes in parallel with the vision of Tameer International towards constructing an integrated residential city to be added on the list of pioneering projects in the MENA region,' stated Engineer Mohammad Habib, Managing Director of Tameer International in Jordan. He also added that Sigma is a highly reputable firm as one of the biggest specialized companies in the field of designing and architect planning due to their pioneer record in Jordan and the region, thus their contribution is sure to add value to this ambitious development.
